Key responsibilities
- Under broad direction by HR management or senior HR specialists, drives various aspects of the organisation's compensation and benefit, recruitment, training, organisation development and employee relations processes.
- Operates in and is responsible for one/more global processes and performs activities within designated functional area.
- Provides input to the global People strategy.
- Drives or participates in the development and/or implementation of HR processes, policies and solutions in the relevant functional community.
- Drives alignment of operational HR processes and/or solutions.
- Provides professional support to designated target groups within the HR community.
- Provides advisory or direction to people leaders and employees in the organisation.
Educational background
- Extensive relevant work experience (10+ years) combined with vocational or technical education or combination of advanced theoretical knowledge (likely a University Degree) and a few years of relevant practical experience (2-5 years ).
