The ideal candidate will provide strong leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, drive census growth, support staff development, and maintain a culture focused on quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Active North Carolina Nursing Home Administrator license

• Previous leadership experience in Skilled Nursing or Long-Term Care

• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations
