The Baptist Health Care Nurse Residency Program is designed to help new graduate nurses successfully transition from the classroom to confident clinical practice.

During your first 5 months, you’ll be supported through a structured program built on Peer Support, Preceptorship, and Mentoring—giving you the guidance, hands-on experience, and encouragement you need to thrive in your new role.
