IT Support Senior Staff
Job Description
- Help and make sure company's IT operations are running smoothly.
- Support and maintain office network and internet connection to provider.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT problems, e.g research which software to install, printer problems, laptop problems, internet problems, etc.
- Do some light coding to automate tasks.
- Setup PCs and Laptops, and help research which items for the company to procure.
- Bachelor Degree majoring in Computer and Network Engineering (or related fields).
- Experience as IT Support min. 1 year.
- Proficient and capable with OS Windows, Linux and Mac OS, Office application and any support software and device.
- Good knowledge in network, hardware, software and printer troubleshooting.
- Able to work overtime and shifting.
- Have a good problem solving skills.
- Have a good communication skills.
