In this role, you will be part of a global support organization responsible for delivering high-quality, remote-based technical expertise for mission-critical SAP environments. You will work at the heart of complex enterprise systems, troubleshooting and resolving integration issues across SAP PI/PO landscapes used by global clients. The position requires a strong blend of functional and technical capabilities to diagnose problems, design and implement fixes, and ensure system stability in highly customized environments. You will collaborate directly with customers and internal teams to understand business needs and provide reliable, scalable solutions. This is a hands-on, problem-solving-driven role in a fast-paced, 24/7 support environment where responsiveness and precision are critical.
