Laundry Operations Supervisor

Join our Laundry Operations Team as a Supervisor with the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community (SMSC)! In this working supervisor role, you’ll support daily laundry operations, create and manage team schedules, and foster a positive, productive work environment. You’ll build strong relationships with your team while partnering closely with our Hotel Team to prioritize and expedite laundering needs based on hotel volume. If you have an operational mindset, can create a sense of urgency when needed, and enjoy coaching and developing team members, this role is for you.
