Job Description

  • Minimum of six months to one year of experience in Customer Service/Collections/Healthcare/Insurance campaign(s) in international programs (US/UK).
  • Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of customer care processes and techniques.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Should be flexible to work in Night shifts (UK / US time zones).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Graduation is a must.
