Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including fixing or replacing light bulbs, wiring, circuit breakers, fuses, boilers, heating systems, refrigeration units, and more.
• Conduct carpentry and general construction work, such as woodwork, sanding, painting, and related repairs.
• Handle general plumbing tasks, including repairing toilets, bathtubs, faucets, leaks, sanitary sewer systems, sump pumps, and associated components.
• Carry out facility repairs, including doors, doorknobs, locks, broken tiles, floor polishing, staining, and other necessary maintenance.
• Ensure general cleaning and upkeep of mechanical spaces and perimeter induction units.
• Travel to all store locations as part of a maintenance team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual proficiency in Russian is a plus.
• Good physical condition and strength, with a willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Proficient in using tools and understanding common appliances and devices.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, hydraulic, and other systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
