The Field Survey Coordinator conducts site survey walkouts for multi-dwelling units (MDUs) and commercial properties to identify and plan fiber cable installation pathways.

What you’ll do
- Conduct field surveys and provide hand-drawn schematics, cable routing details, and supporting information for engineering and design teams.
- Coordinate OSP/ISP construction, coaxial, and fiber splicing activities.
- Monitor project progress to ensure timelines, specifications, budgets, and profitability goals are met.
- Prepare and maintain daily reports, production tracking, and bills of material.
- Collaborate with customers, property managers, contractors, developers, and engineering teams to support timely project completion.
- Review field and subcontractor work reports and update project tracking documentation.
- Assist Project Managers and Field Supervisors as needed.
What you’ll need
- Experience in telecommunications, MDU environments, or field surveying preferred.
- Ability to interpret construction blueprints and as-built drawings preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in fast-paced outdoor environments.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver’s license and authorization to work in the U.S. required.
- Must pass background and drug screening.
