Responsibilities

What you’ll do

  • Own the numberke full ownership of subscription and maintenance renewals across APAC
  • Drive on-time renewals. Pull back late deals. Recover what’s lapsed
  • Keep a clean, accurate pipeline in HubSpot. Forecast with confidence
  • Call out risk. Surface opportunity. Keep leaders sharp on what matters

Engage where it counts

  • Step into key renewals. Especially high-value or at-risk accounts
  • Work side by side with resellers and distributors. Lift execution and accountability
  • Give partners clear plays. Simple process. Strong value story

Grow at renewal

  • Spot upsell and cross-sell moments. Act on them
  • Make sure customers see the full BricsCAD value—editions, add-ons, subscriptions
  • Partner with sales to turn signals into closed revenue

Align and move fast

  • Lock in with Regional Sales Leaders. Stay tied to their priorities
  • Share customer health, risk views, and action plans
  • Draw clear lines on ownership. No confusion. No gaps

Shape how we do this

  • Run the global renewals model. Adapt it to each APAC market
  • Improve the system—process, tooling, automation, eStore
  • Feed insight back to the global team. Help us get better, everywhere
