Your Impact:
- Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers across manual and automated testing, fostering a high-performing quality culture
- Define and drive the overall quality strategy, standards, and best practices across labor management initiatives
- Own end-to-end test planning, including estimating efforts, developing test strategies, and ensuring comprehensive system coverage
- Develop, manage, and execute test cases, test scripts, and automated tests across UI, API, and backend layers
- Embed quality throughout the SDLC by integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines and promoting shift-left testing practices
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and leadership teams to align quality goals with business outcomes and release readiness
- Manage test assets and workflows using Azure DevOps, including test cases, backlog, and execution tracking
- Facilitate defect management through identification, tracking, root cause analysis, and resolution across the project lifecycle
- Analyze requirements, design documentation, and release materials to translate them into effective test scenarios and validation strategies
- Establish and track quality metrics and KPIs, delivering clear test reports and insights to support go/no-go decisions and continuous improvement
