For our office in Hamburg we are looking for an
Associate Asset Management and Debt Advisory Manager (m/f/d)
Prepare business case updates and manage related governance and approval processes
Review financial models to ensure alignment with asset funding needs
Review capital calls and prepare written payment recommendations
Maintain a good understanding of asset development progress and current asset status for clean energy projects
Work closely with Developer and Investment Management (IM) teams to align on asset strategy and next development phases, including Risk and Structuring
University Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in asset management, debt advisory, structured finance, or a related financial role
Good financial modelling skills and ability to review and challenge complex models
Solid understanding of asset development, funding structures, and capital markets
Good written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing materials for senior management, Investment Committees, or Boards
Commercial mindset with a focus on value creation, recovery optimization, and risk management
Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across regions and functions
High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
