Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the Prescription Medicine field force team to ensure achievement of  territory objectives, KPIs, and business targets.
  • Drive effective scientific engagement with dermatologists, hospitals, key accounts, and healthcare professionals to enhance product awareness, medical knowledge, and patient support.
  • Ensure successful execution of marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and field force excellence initiatives in alignment with the overall business strategy.
  • Establish and maintain strong long-term relationships with HCPs, KOLs, hospitals, and strategic stakeholders to strengthen Galderma’s scientific positioning and business growth.
  • Develop territory plans, optimize field force structure, and periodically assess coverage effectiveness to maximize productivity and customer reach.
  • Coach and support Medical Representatives through regular field visits, performance reviews, and development plans to enhance scientific communication and execution capabilities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities, anticipate challenges, and implement relevant action plans.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Medical, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to align on business priorities, educational initiatives, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Support the development and implementation of HCP educational programs, scientific meetings, and training initiatives to expand engagement and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Guide the team in effectively communicating the Integrated Dermatology Strategy (IDS) and ensure consistent execution of cross-portfolio opportunities in the field.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify synergistic opportunities across the Galderma portfolio and maximize business impact.
  • Ensure accurate reporting, KPI monitoring, territory performance analysis, and implementation of corrective actions where required.
  • Maintain full compliance with company policies, ethical standards, legal requirements, and local healthcare regulations in all business activities.

What We're Looking For:

  •  University degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or any equivalent degree
  • Language: fluent in English especially Business English (written and spoken/presentations etc.), Arabic language fluency is mandatory
  •  Experience in Dermatology field
  • Pharmacy/Healthcare background with 3-5 years sales management experience at least.
  • Experience in leading successful teams is mandatory.
