SAP FICO Architect, AWS Fintech

We are seeking an experienced and strategic SAP FICO Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions during a full-lifecycle implementation project. This role requires deep expertise in financial processes and SAP capabilities to ensure the seamless integration of financial systems with business operations and other SAP modules. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners to design, configure, and support SAP solutions that drive financial transparency and operational efficiency.

Key job responsibilities
* Lead business process analysis and requirements gathering workshops with finance stakeholders to understand complex business needs.
* Design and architect robust, scalable, and compliant SAP FICO solutions, developing comprehensive blueprints and roadmaps from design to delivery.
* Configure and customize SAP FI/CO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Bank Accounting, Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Internal Orders, Product Costing (PC), and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
* Ensure seamless integration between SAP FICO and other core modules such as MM (Materials Management), SD (Sales and Distribution), PS (Project Systems), and PP (Production Planning).
* Oversee RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows) developments, collaborating closely with technical teams to ensure solutions meet functional specifications.
* Develop and manage data migration strategies, assisting with the extraction, transformation, and loading of financial data from legacy systems.
* Lead and support all project testing phases, including unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), to validate system functionality and data integrity.
* Develop comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
* Plan and deliver end-user training sessions and provide post-go-live support to ensure smooth system adoption and resolve issues promptly.

We are seeking an experienced and strategic SAP FICO Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions during a full-lifecycle implementation project. This

- 7+ years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
- 7+ years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field, or Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience
- 7+ years of implementing and managing SAP ERP solutions, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA experience
- In-depth knowledge of: Cost Component Structure, Standard and Actual Costing, Material Ledger, Cost Object Controlling (Production Orders, Process Orders), Variance Analysis and Settlement

- Knowledge of financial controls and procedures
- Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives
- Experience in implementing SAP FICO in the manufacturing or high-tech industry.
