• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of Facilities Engineering or related work experience.
OR
Associate's degree and 5+ years of Facilities Engineering or related work experience.

*Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience.

1. 确保Building G电气系统的日常运行管理,确保稳定供应。

2. 确保Building G 电气系统运行符合法律法规的要求。

3. 确保Building G电气系统稳定运行,提高运行效率。

4. 确保工作范围内不发生安全事故和事件。

5. 参与公司节能和环保项目的具体实施。

工作内容:

1. 组织实施 Building G电气系统的有效维护和保养,保证生产的正常运行。

2. 负责Building G电气系统的维护和保养。

3. 负责BMS系统的维护和保养。

4. 负责Building G电气系统日常报表与PM表单审核,确保按公司要求完成。

5. 负责Building G电气系统预算编制与维护成本控制。

6. 负责Building G电气系统台账、备品备件建立、更新与管控。

7. 负责编制相关的设施操作规程和维护检修计划。

8. 负责设施人员相关培训工作,包含课件制作与培训考核。

9. 确保所辖区域设备及相关人员安全零事故、安全责任落实到位。

10. 上级安排的其他工作内容。

任职资格:

1. 专业知识

具有35/10KV电气、机械维护的专业知识。

2. 工作经验

8年以上的设施设备维修、保养工作经验。

3. 教育背景

本科及以上学历,电气自动化或机械等专业。

4. 个人技能及素质

具备团队合作精神、良好的沟通能力,良好的英语能力。高压电工证
