Your Role
You will own the company's financial planning, forecasting, and analysis function end-to-end. You will design and maintain the models that leadership relies on, translate complex financial data into clear narratives, and serve as the bridge between our external accounting partners and internal decision-makers. You will operate across two legal entities (Luxembourg and Germany) and support the company as it enters new geographies.
Your Responsibilities
- Own the budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and dynamic financial model.
- Track actuals vs. budget, investigate variances, and build scenario models to support strategic decisions.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for the CEO and Board, including KPI dashboards and investor updates.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations: invoicing, payment runs, expense documentation, and collections follow-up.
- Coordinate the monthly close and VAT compliance with external accounting partners; oversee transaction classification and payroll inputs in Odoo.
- Partner with department heads on headcount planning, margin analysis, and commercial economics.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and flag inconsistencies or data gaps proactively.
