The facility supports high-volume operations, covering inbound, storage, picking, and outbound processes within temperature-controlled environments.

Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the fresh food warehouse (inbound, storage, picking, and outbound), ensuring operational efficiency targets are achieved (e.g., ≥95% operational efficiency)
- Ensure accurate and timely order processing in line with defined service levels (OTIF ≥98%, order accuracy ≥99%)
- Manage cold chain logistics within fresh zones, ensuring strict compliance with temperature and quality standards (100% compliance)
- Optimize storage utilization, product slotting, and picking efficiency to improve productivity (e.g., picking productivity ≥120 units/hour)
- Coordinate transportation to ensure on-time delivery to stores/customers (on-time delivery ≥98%)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- At least 3–5 years of experience in Logistics or Warehouse Management
- Good command of English and strong computer literacy
- Self-motivated with strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with a high level of responsibility
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management and People Management
