
Food + Beverage Director
Job Description
The Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for the strategic leadership, operational execution, financial performance, and guest experience of all food and beverage outlets at Hawks Cay Resort. This position oversees multiple restaurants, bars, banquet and catering operations, in-room dining, culinary partnerships, and seasonal programming while ensuring exceptional service standards, profitability, team engagement, and compliance with all company and regulatory requirements.
The Director of Food & Beverage serves as a key member of the Executive Committee and works closely with the Executive Chef, Director of Sales & Marketing, Director of Rooms, Finance, and Resort Leadership to deliver memorable guest experiences while achieving budgeted revenue and profitability goals.
