General Projects Associate (Labourer)

This is a part-time role, required to work minimum 20 hours per week.    Responsibilities:  Responsible for various labour tasks Perform a variety of building maintenance, landscaping, and cleaning tasks Ensure site cleanliness, including picking up all garbage and pet waste around all sites Painting suites, parkades, and other areas Assist other team members as needed Experience and Educational Requirements: Experience in maintenance, and / or cleaning Familiarity with technology is an asset Technical Requirements: Ability to operate small equipment and power tools Ability to learn in-house software programs Non-Technical Requirements: Ability to spend up to eight hours walking, standing, climbing stairs, lifting Ability to maneuver up to 90kg with the proper equipment Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service   Excellent time-management skills   Ability to learn quickly, adapt to change and be flexible in nature   Demonstrates a positive attitude, enthusiasm and assertiveness   Deadline and goal oriented
