Overview
Saint Mary’s Hospital, part of Trinity Health of New England, is seeking Assistant Nurse Managers (ANMs) to support clinical teams in a collaborative, patient-centered community hospital environment.
This role is perfect for nurses ready to transition from bedside to leadership while making a direct impact on patient care and team culture.
What You’ll Do
Assist with staffing, operations, and patient care oversight
Support and mentor nursing staff
Promote patient safety and quality care standards
Drive team engagement and retention
Partner with leaders on process improvement and compliance
Maintain a visible leadership presence on the unit

Med-Surg Oncology
Inpatient General Surgery
Intermediate Care
Qualifications
Active Connecticut RN License
BLS required
3+ years RN experience
Leadership/Charge RN experience preferred
BSN Required
