Responsibilities:
1. Conduct on-site automation optimization & mechanical retrofits for production lines, complete small-scale automation improvement, tooling upgrade and process optimization independently.
2. Responsible for equipment networking, data collection and communication debugging, ensure stable data transmission between workshop equipment and factory system.
3. Build production & OEE dashboard via Power BI, visualize production efficiency, downtime, yield and capacity data to support management decisions
4. Continuously implement lean manufacturing improvement, reduce downtime, improve line efficiency and achieve cost-down targets.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Electrical or Automation engineering.
2. 8 to 10 year’s Automation / smart manufacturing related working experience, prefer Lean / Continuous improvement.
3. Hand-on Kepware /OPC router configuration.
4. Hand-on experience on Power BI / Workshop dashboard / Python / SQL. prefer MES
5. Good verbal and writing in English
6. Strong project management preferred.
