💼 What will you do?

As a Technical Sales & Support Specialist, you are the key link between customers, sales, and engineering. You support customers with technical advice and tailored quotations for service solutions within low- and medium-voltage electrical installations.

Your work is highly diverse: from a quick spare parts quote worth a few hundred euros to managing service projects that can reach up to €1 million for major energy providers. You ensure customers receive the best solution while building strong relationships.

💡 Your responsibilities:

✅ Advise customers on service solutions for low- and medium-voltage installations
✅ Prepare accurate quotations fully aligned with customer needs
✅ Negotiate with ABB factories and suppliers on pricing and delivery
✅ Collaborate with sales colleagues to provide the best customer support
✅ Maintain clear and accurate administration so no detail is overlooked

You will work in a close-knit and driven team of technical specialists and sales colleagues. Everyone brings their own expertise, so you’ll be learning something new every day. Our manager encourages independence, while you can always rely on support from your colleagues.

 

🔥 What do you bring?

💡 MBO+/Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (preferably electrical engineering)
💡 Experience in a technical or commercial role (junior/medior level)
💡 Strong analytical and communication skills
💡 Proficiency in Dutch and English
💡 A flexible, customer-focused, and independent mindset
