Sales Promoter Medical & Cosmetic Products

We are seeking an enthusiastic and persuasive Sales Promoter for Medical & Cosmetic Products to join our dynamic team in Byblos, Lebanon. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of medical and cosmetic products, driving sales growth, and building strong customer relationships.

• Actively promote and sell medical and cosmetic products to potential customers
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and benefits
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
• Meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries
• Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events
• Collect and report customer feedback to improve product offerings and sales strategies
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular reports
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials

• Proven experience in sales or promotion, preferably in the medical or cosmetic industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Excellent knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
• Proficiency in product demonstrations and presentations
• Solid understanding of medical and cosmetic products
• Familiarity with local market trends and consumer behavior
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
• Relevant certifications in sales or cosmetics are a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
