About this Position Take lead of part of Anhui/Zhejiang business and handle specific KA to fulfill the business target. Develop a high growth ratio business growth plan and implement with country team (regional sales/PD/AE/BD). Expanding business in existing market/customers to increase the shares and identify high growth markets and applications. What you´ll do Drive projects with team to achieve >10% growth targets every year. Achieve PC% target every year. Conduct deep market survey establish focus value proposal total solution with supporting team. Work with brand owner and key customer for innovation projects. Work with PD/AE on NPI targets and roll outs.
