What You’ll Do:
- Provide family therapy for parents of children ages 3+ with verbal communication skills, and provide individual one-on-one therapy with children ages 5+, pending clinical evaluation
- Perform initial assessments, behavioral observations, and both short- and long-term interventions while developing individualized treatment plans
- Provide psychoeducation to clients and families while collaborating with internal team members and other disciplines to ensure coordinated, comprehensive care
- Serve as a clinical supervisor to LPC/MSW/MA level prepared team members
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in counseling or social work from a CACREP/CSWE accredited university
- LCPC or LCSW licensure in the state of Illinois
- Prior experience working with children and families
