Job Description
Provides support and contributes to enhancing the overall UL experience for Follow-Up Services (FUS) as part of the Global Business Services team. This role involves no direct contact with external customers; communication is limited to internal inquiries from Global UL colleagues. Responsible for managing complex data entry tasks across multiple systems, including the input and updating of customer and account information. The role requires the ability to work independently while also actively participating in team discussions and offering constructive feedback when appropriate.
