Skill set
- Understanding on the technologies supported by Wipro Delivery team / centers and in Market
- Overview / Understanding on Industry Standard Process like ITIL, ISO etc.
- Overview / Understanding on the Remote Tools (EMS) and ability to map with requirements
- Understanding on the support models like Hybrid, Shared, Onsite, Dedicated etc.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills
- Understand Wipro Business and align with Customer / RFP Requirements
- Flexibility in terms of time, willingness to working under pressure, willing to travel at very short notice if need be
