How you'll make an impact
Lead and coordinate internal projects focused on product and process optimization in the high-voltage bushings segment
Analyze existing designs and manufacturing processes with a focus on efficiency, quality, and cost
Identify areas for improvement and implement corresponding measures
Collaborate closely with design, manufacturing, quality, and other departments
Prepare technical documentation, monitor progress, and regularly report to management
Support the industrialization of new technologies and materials
Your background
Completed technical degree (Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or similar) or equivalent qualification
Professional experience in managing technical (internal) development or improvement projects
Solid mechanical knowledge, ideally in the field of electrical insulators or high-voltage components
Experience with Lean methods, Six Sigma, or similar improvement approaches is a plus
Structured, solution-oriented working style and strong communication skills
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
