Overview Ensure the correct and efficient compliance with the tax obligations of the Group’s companies, leading the team to guarantee the accuracy of tax information. Responsibilities Review of the calculation and recording of the ISR and PTU provisions: 1. Supervise the correct monthly calculation of the provision for Income Tax (ISR) and Employee Profit Sharing (PTU). 2. Ensure that monthly and annual provision adjustments accurately reflect the estimated tax burden. Review and approval of monthly tax filings (ISR, VAT, and withholdings): 1. Coordinate the review and validation of monthly ISR, VAT, and tax withholding returns. 2. Verify that the filings comply with applicable tax regulations and that payments are made on time. Calculation, review, and approval of the annual ISR return: 1. Lead the process of compiling the annual tax return, ensuring proper reconciliation among the relevant accounts and items involved. Review and approval of the Tax Audit Report (Dictamen Fiscal): 1. Validate that the information presented in the tax audit report is consistent with the applied tax criteria. Validation of transactions and review of transfer pricing studies: 1. Analyze and validate transfer pricing studies to ensure compliance with documentation and disclosure requirements. Calculation and approval of deferred income tax: 1. Ensure the proper reconciliation and recording of deferred tax in the financial statements. Preparation of key tax indicators: 1. Calculate and analyze key indicators such as the Effective Tax Rate, Tax Rolling Forecast, Tax Paid, and the Tax Package. Validation and approval of ISR withholdings on payments to foreign suppliers: 1. Verify the correct tax treatment and calculation of withholdings applicable to payments made to foreign suppliers. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with solid knowledge of Taxation. 3 years of experience in Tax and leading staff. Advanced English B2/C1 (oral and written test will be conducted). Intermediate Excel.
