
Extracurricular Internship – Talent Acquisiton & Sourcer (f/m/div.)
Job Description
Your contribution to something big:
Recruitment Strategy:
- Develop recruitment strategies in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team;
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job description creation, requirement definition, and candidate assessment through interviews;
- Conduct Active Sourcing activities using LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and attract top talent for strategic positions;
Employer Branding:
- Represent Bosch at external events such as job fairs, conferences, tech talks, and other recruitment and tech-related initiatives;
Stakeholders & Candidates Management:
- Build trusting relationships with candidates throughout the selection process, ensuring a positive candidate experience;
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand open roles and effectively suggest potential candidates.
What distinguishes you:
Education:
- Degree on Human Resources, Social Sciences, Management, or similar;
Knowledge:
- Interest and ability to learn IT related topics;
Languages:
- Fluent in English (mandatory - written and spoken);
Working Style & Methods:
- Collaborative team player who thrives in multinational cross-functional environments;
- Proactive and solution oriented mindset;
Personality:
- Passionate about customer success and delivering results;
