SR IT OPERATIONS ANALYST

The IT Senior Operations Analyst is a strategic and hands-on leader responsible for ensuring the stability, resilience, and continuous improvement of the IT environment. This role drives effective incident, problem, and change management to reduce risk, minimize disruptions, and support business goals. The position works closely with internal IT teams, managed service providers, vendors, security, and business partners to strengthen governance, deliver operational excellence, mentor peers, and proactively identify and resolve operational risks and improvement opportunities.
