Integrated Logistics Support Analyst
Job Description
Fleetway is hiring Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Analysts to support the delivery and long-term sustainment of Canada’s next generation naval platforms. In this role, you will contribute to the development of maintenance strategies, sparing and provisioning solutions, and life cycle support products that ensure complex marine systems remain available, reliable, and supportable throughout their service life.
Working closely with engineering, program, and service delivery teams, you will perform and review Logistic Support Analysis (LSA) and Availability, Reliability, and Maintainability (AR and M) activities to inform design decisions and downstream sustainment planning. You will analyze data, support obsolescence management, and contribute to the development of high-quality ILS deliverables for internal stakeholders, subcontractors, and customers.
This role is open to Junior, Intermediate, and Senior professionals. Responsibilities and level of autonomy will be tailored based on experience, with opportunities for senior resources to provide technical leadership, mentoring, and project coordination.
If you are detail-oriented, collaborative, and motivated to contribute to nationally significant naval programs, we would love to hear from you.
