We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to support general facility upkeep and repairs within our site. This role is responsible for maintaining the appearance, functionality, and overall condition of indoor spaces through a variety of hands-on maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has strong attention to detail, and can operate independently while supporting site needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform drywall repairs including patching, sanding, and finishing
2. Hang, remove, and replace signage throughout the facility
3. Repair and patch walls following signage removal or facility modifications
4. Apply caulking and sealants to maintain clean, finished surfaces
5. Perform ceiling tile repairs and replacements
6. Support general indoor maintenance and upkeep
7. Address minor repair needs across the site in a timely and professional manner
8. Maintain a clean and organized work area
9. Assist with additional maintenance tasks and special projects as assigned

Work Environment:

1. Indoor environment 
2. May require standing, bending, lifting, and working on ladders

Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in general maintenance, handyman work, or facilities support
2. Basic knowledge of drywall, painting, and finishing techniques
3. Ability to use common hand and power tools safely and effectively
4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
5. Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
6. Good communication and teamwork skills
7. Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
