Job Description
- Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of EHS programs, ensuring alignment with Google's overall EHS goals.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and drive future optimizations within EHS programs, including change management and performance metrics. Possess a proficient understanding of the EHS domain and regulatory landscape, staying abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends.
- Define, scope, and lead ambiguous cross-functional and cross-organizational challenges, using separate judgment to adjust programs effectively in response to changing circumstances.
- Monitor, communicate, and manage program progress, risks, and mitigations. Work closely with partner teams to manage program changes and align stakeholders on decisions. Engage in community contributions to improve and sustain our culture and operations, making Google a better place to work.
- Understand and manage expectations of cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring alignment through effective communication and collaboration.
