Position Summary

The Qualified Recycling Program (QRP) Manager leads and executes the installation’s recycling and resource recovery program in compliance with Department of Defense (DoD), Department of the Navy (DON), and U.S. Marine Corps (USMC) policy. This role manages recycling operations, contracts or service providers, and the financial administration of QRP proceeds. The QRP Manager drives diversion performance, protects environmental compliance, and delivers measurable cost avoidance and mission support.
