Your mission

Erfahrener Quality Manager mit belegter Expertise in GMP und GDP, sowie Qualitätsmanagementsystemen und regulatorischen Anforderungen. Starker Fokus auf Sicherstellung von Produkt- und Prozessqualität sowie kontinuierlicher Verbesserung.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Implementierung, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von QMS im GxP-regulierten Umfeld
• Überwachung und kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Qualitätsprozessen und Sicherstellung der Compliance
• Durchführung und Begleitung von Audits (intern/extern)
• Bearbeitung von Abweichungen, CAPAs und Change Controls
• Lieferantenqualifizierung und -überwachung
• Analyse von Qualitätskennzahlen und Ableitung von Verbesserungsmassnahmen
• Schnittstellenmanagement mit Produktion, Regulatory und Supply Chain
• Durchführung und Dokumentation von Chargenfreigaben
• Evaluierung von Product Quality Reviews und Ableitung von Massnahmen
• Stellvertretung der FvP
• Enge Abstimmung mit der FvP bei relevanten Entscheidungsprozessen

Ihr Profil:

• Naturwissenschaftliches Studium, vorzugsweise Pharmazie
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement im GxP-regulierten Umfeld
• Fundierte Kenntnisse der GxP relevanten nationalen Gesetze und Regularien (CH und EU)
• Einschlägige Kenntnisse der regulatorischen Anforderungen im GxP-Umfeld
• Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Denk- und Arbeitsweise
• Kommunikationsstark und teamorientiert
• Eigenverantwortliches, strukturiertes und organisiertes Arbeiten
• Deutsche Muttersprache, gute Englischkenntnisse, Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
