Within the Group, you will join the Group Compliance Department Within this Department, you will be part of the Compliance Team YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES What you'll do - Policies and process • Assist in updating compliance policies, procedures and processes to mitigate the identified compliance risks • Assist in the preparation and delivery of specific controls on the 1st line of defence (Human Resources, Procurement, etc.) • Assist in the performance of due diligences on third parties (associations, suppliers) Raise awareness • Assist in the preparation of impactful awareness and training materials (i.e. prepare Corruption Day, specific communications on Gifts & Hospitalities) Optimization and digitization • Assist in the optimization and digitization of processes (Certification to Ethics codes’ process, KPIs, Dashboards) Reporting • Assist in the preparation of Compliance programme presentations to Senior Management • Assist in the preparation of Compliance reports to Group Compliance YOUR PROFILE - Who you are • Currently pursuing a Master degree in compliance-legal / risk management or related fields • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (French and English), with ability to explain complex concepts clearly • Rigor and attention to detail, with an analytical mindset and capacity to identify key issues • Interpersonal and teamworking skills, with openness to learning and willingness to collaborate • Digital proficiency and ability to quickly adapt to new technological tools and environments WHY JOIN US You will join: A responsible company, towards people, including its employees and customers, and towards the planet A company with strong values A company promoting internal mobility and the training of its employees A company offering many benefits (learn more here: AXA Careers) A flexible company, allowing hybrid work, in the office and from home.
