Job Description
Job Summary:
Join Teledyne FLIR as a Test Engineer and play a key role in bringing advanced imaging technology to life. In this hands-on role, you’ll design and execute test strategies for cutting-edge ICs and sensor systems, working closely with design teams and customers to ensure performance, quality, and reliability. If you enjoy solving complex problems, building test solutions from the ground up, and seeing your work directly impact product success—this is a great fit.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with design teams and customers to define test requirements
- Develop test plans, scripts, and automated test solutions
- Perform IC/FPA characterization and production testing
- Analyze data, troubleshoot issues, and drive improvements
- Build and configure test setups, including wafer probe stations
- Document results and support design validation and enhancements
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong foundation in electronics and circuit fundamentals
- Experience with programming (C#, Python, Verilog, or VB)
- Hands-on testing, debugging, and data analysis skills
- Ability to read schematics and work with hardware setups
- Detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive problem solver
- Experience with imaging sensors or wafer probing is a plus
- Must be US Citizen or PERM Resident

Salary Range:
$77,900.00-$103,800.000The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate. Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, local regulations (such as minimum wage), education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
