Senior Civil Engineering Project Manager (PE), Public Works & Local Infrastructure: Halff has an opening in our DFW area offices (Dallas, Fort Worth, Frisco, Richardson, TX) for a Professional Civil Engineer with at least 12 years of experience in public works, municipal roadway, drainage, detention, water/wastewater utility design, and/or utilities design. The position will be for a Project Manager interested in managing design and construction for a wide range of public and private infrastructure projects. Professional Engineer (P.E.) License in Texas. Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Good technical writing and communication skills. Experience in producing winning project proposals as lead professional/project manager.
