Tasks
- Handling customer complaints and repair orders, including customer contact
- Test equipment management
- Generating quality reports from SAP/PowerBI
- Processing quality documentation
- Audit support and documentation
Profile
- Knowledge of the SAP Q module – Q notifications (QM module)
- Knowledge of the SAP Equipment DB (IH module)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Technical expertise
- Quick learner
