Medical Receptionist

Position: Full time
Locations: Mater Rockhampton, North Rockhampton
Hours: 7.6-hour shifts between 7am - 5:30pm

At I-MED we pride ourselves on delivering top-notch care to our patients. We are a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, and we are looking for a full time Medical Receptionist to join us in providing exceptional service across our three locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Handle appointment bookings and patient inquiries over the phone.
• Manage patient records and perform various administrative tasks.
• Ensure smooth operations across all three clinic sites.
• Be available to cover shifts for annual and unplanned leave when needed.

What we are looking for:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a customer service role is advantageous.
