Senior and Mezzanine strategies primarily invest alongside the world’s leading financial sponsors in support of LBO transactions with target EBITDA ranging from $10mm to $100+mm across sectors. Hybrid Capital provides all-weather capital solutions for businesses seeking non-control alternatives to traditional private equity or growth equity with ability to provide flexibile capital across the cap structure (e.g., debt, convertibles, equity).
