This role sits at the center of payment operations, owning the end-to-end performance of debit card programs and ensuring a seamless experience for both internal teams and external users. You will be responsible for optimizing operational workflows, improving system reliability, and reducing friction across card issuance, processing, and support. The position plays a key role in managing relationships with banking partners, processors, and vendors while ensuring operational excellence at scale. You will also lead fraud prevention strategies, leveraging data insights to proactively mitigate risk and protect financial transactions. Working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Support teams, you will help shape and enhance payment infrastructure. This is a highly impactful role in a fast-paced, remote-first environment focused on continuous improvement and customer experience.
