Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Operation Specialist – provides advanced administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning department. This position owns the end-to-end offer-to-hire process for corporate and backfill positions, ensuring all steps are completed accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with company and federal requirements. The role requires exceptional attention to detail, initiative, and strong HR systems knowledge, functioning as a key liaison between recruiters, hiring managers, operations, site liaisons' and the people team.
