Supervisor - Fabrication (Afternoon Shift)

The Supervisor - Fabrication is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the department, leading a team of skilled team members to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC). The Supervisor - Fabrication will oversee daily operations, specializing in punch press operations, Laser cutting, Press brake forming, MIG welding and robotic welding. The role includes scheduling, optimizing machine utilization (OEE) and labour efficiency. A key focus of the role is maintaining a safe work environment, enforcing company and regulatory safety standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve overall process flow. The fabrication supervisor also collaborates closely with engineering, quality and maintenance teams to resolve production issues, implement process improvements, and ensure consistent product quality.
