Qualifications
Active New York State CHHA Certification
Authorized to Work in the United States
Reliable Transportation Preferred
Compliance with Current New York State Health Requirements
Previous Home Care Experience Preferred but Not Required
Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
Provide companionship and emotional support
Remind clients to take medications as directed
Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
Maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful home environment
Document and communicate client needs as required
