Job Description

Therapeutic Behavioral Services Clinician provides intensive, short-term, community-based mental health services to Medi-Cal eligible youth (ages 3–21) and their families. Working with a small caseload of 4–6 clients, the clinician delivers individualized, strengths-based interventions to address behaviors that may place a youth’s home, school, or community placement at risk. Services are provided in natural settings, including homes, schools, and the community, and focus on building coping, communication, self-regulation, and behavioral skills. The role partners closely with caregivers to implement positive behavior strategies, collaborates with county partners, clinicians, and program leadership to support treatment goals, stabilize placements, and promote lasting positive outcomes.
