Position Summary 

Reporting to the President & CEO, the Director, Growth & Social Impact is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and growing mission-aligned corporate partnerships that advance the organization’s work in physical activity and health promotion. 

Working at the intersection of social impact, corporate engagement, and revenue generation, the position cultivates relationships with companies whose CSR, ESG, employee engagement, and community investment priorities align with the organization’s mission. 

As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, this role leads all revenue generation efforts, with a primary focus on corporate partnership growth. It also supports broader philanthropic development by leveraging strategic relationships, partnership intelligence, and cross-functional funding opportunities.

This role is critical to scaling the organization’s impact on physical activity and health outcomes in Canada through a diversified revenue strategy. By securing strategic corporate and philanthropic partnerships, it drives revenue growth, expands reach, deepens impact, and supports long-term sustainability.
