Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic, high-impact Industry Sales Specialist – Banking (Digital Solutions) to join our Digital Solutions Sales team.

In this role, you will be responsible for achieving ambitious revenue growth targets, hunting for net-new logo opportunities, and spearheading complex, high-value digital solution pursuits across the Banking and Financial Services vertical.

You will partner with a matrixed, cross-functional team of Solution Architects, Product teams, and Professional Services experts to deliver highly differentiated proposals that modernize core banking workflows.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Net-New Business Acquisition: Proactively hunt for whitespace opportunities and secure net-new enterprise logos to aggressively drive market penetration and pipeline velocity.

  • Strategic Ecosystem Alignment: Partner closely with Cloud Hyperscalers (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and Global System Integrators to co-create pipeline and accelerate engagement across their financial vertical customer base.

  • End-to-End Deal Lifecycle Management: Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from qualification to closure, managing deal structuring, pricing, profitability margins, and executive approvals.

  • Consultative Value Selling: Position Iron Mountain’s digital portfolio—including Agentic Artificial Intelligence, Intelligent Document Processing, and Workflow Automation—to solve critical business friction and deliver quantified business cases with compelling Return on Investment metrics.

  • Commercial Governance & Negotiation: Direct end-to-end commercial negotiations regarding margins, liabilities, and Service Level Agreements in conjunction with Legal and Finance teams.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 7–10+ years of direct, quota-carrying sales experience (or equivalent in technology consulting) selling complex digital solutions to executive-level buyers within the Banking and Financial Services sector.

  • Strong knowledge of digital transformation architectures, including Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning models, Intelligent Document Processing, Content Services Platforms / Enterprise Content Management, workflow automation, and cloud/Software as a Service frameworks.

  • Proven ability in managing complex enterprise sales cycles and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets, with specific experience handling deals typically in the $500,000 Annual Contract Value range.

  • Executive Presence and Networking: An extensive, well-established network of financial services industry contacts, along with exceptional storytelling skills to confidently command rooms ranging from technical delivery teams to Chief Executive Suite buyers.

  • Commercial and Contractual Acumen: Hands-on experience structuring complex pricing tiers, negotiating Master Services Agreements, and defining Statements of Work.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (a Master of Business Administration or equivalent experience is a plus).
