About the Team

You will join the Group Accounting team, as a Group Sustainability Reporting Manager, working at the intersection of finance, sustainability and internal control.

The team collaborates closely with colleagues across Finance, Sustainability and Strategy, as well as external auditors and stakeholders, to ensure high-quality reporting and strong governance. As sustainability reporting becomes an increasingly critical part of Elekta’s agenda, this role plays a key part in shaping how we measure, report and improve our impact.

What you’ll do

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and develop sustainability reporting processes across the Elekta Group

  • Manage ESG data collection and ensure accurate, timely and high-quality reporting

  • Set up and implement sufficient internal controls to secure efficient sustainability reporting processes and quality of data

  • Prepare the sustainability statement included in the Annual Report and contribute as a key member of the annual report project team

  • Ensure compliance with CSRD, EU Taxonomy and other relevant regulations

  • Collaborate with auditors and internal stakeholders to support the sustainability audit process

  • Drive continuous improvements, including automation and efficiency enhancements in reporting processes

  • Administer ESG reporting tools and systems and ensure they support business needs

  • Work cross-functionally to integrate sustainability reporting into broader financial and operational processes

  • Support the Group Accounting team in financial reporting and consolidation activities on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis, acting as a back-up when needed

Who you are

We believe you bring:

  • A university degree in Business Administration or a related field

  • ~5 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, controlling, audit, or similar

  • Analytical skills and proficiency in financial reporting and experience from reporting frameworks and reporting systems

  • Solid understanding of internal control frameworks and process design

  • Experience working with or exposure to sustainability/ESG reporting (e.g., CSRD, EU Taxonomy) or a strong interest in developing within this area

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence across a global organization

  • Fluency in English and Swedish
